Located in Winnipeg, Heartland Fertility is one of the top fertility clinics in all of Canada. They offer a wide range of services from fertility testing, IVF, egg freezing, gynecological & micro surgeries and much more. Their mission is to help families with their journey through parenthood.

The Challenge

Who likes talking about things like infertility, sperm and periods? It’s a difficult topic to discuss and an emotionally challenging experience to live. So when Heartland Fertility approached Solv Communications, we were committed to making sure we shattered that perception by having candid conversations with Manitobans and sharing their inspirational stories about their road to parenthood.

We wanted to ensure that people could speak freely, know that it’s more common than we think, understand their treatment options and know that Heartland Fertility is there for all things fertility.

The Solution

Together with Heartland Fertility and The Fertility Partners, we created a PR strategy that helped highlight the team at Heartland Fertility as leading experts in fertility treatments and care. We also brought together a community of individuals and families who shared their candid conversations about fertility and how Heartland Fertility helped them grow and build their families.

We partnered with media outlets across Manitoba, NW Ontario and beyond to ensure more people were aware of their treatment options and that there was hope and help to grow their families.

Our solution included PR, earned media and social media worthy content. We employed this strategy to share a variety of stories each month to start generating leads that resulted in specialist consultation requests, and stronger brand awareness of Heartland Fertility.
