Nicole Harris is a result focused senior communication leader with over 25 years experience in reputation management, strategic communications, storytelling, and public relations. She is the founder and CEO of two leading Canadian PR and reputation management companies that have earned the trust of national and international clients.

Her extensive industry knowledge and strategic thinking steers her clients through challenging times, helping them manage and mitigate reputational risk swiftly and safely. Nicole has helped clients communicate clearly while navigating volatile circumstances, such as work disruptions, mergers and acquisitions, cyber incidents, fraud, employee misconduct and more.

As a former network television news anchor and reporter, Nicole has cultivated deep personal and professional relationships with local and national media, ensuring her client’s stories are shared with care. She has conducted national PR for two winners of The Amazing Race Canada, the world’s first Indigenous NASA astronaut, numerous Fortune 500 executives, and a former Dragon’s Den judge.

Nicole is one of Canada’s most popular and trusted media trainers. She has delivered tailored media and reputation management training for thousands of senior executives, board members, politicians, and celebrities. As well, she has protected and promoted brands of Fortune 500 companies, SME businesses, associations, and non-profits throughout Canada.

  • Conducted national/international PR for an international food company at the NASDAQ in New York.

  • Provided strategic communications to the former President of Iceland on royal visits to Canada.

In her spare time, Nicole is passionate about mentoring business students while serving on the Junior Achievement Manitoba Board of Directors.
