Hernan has over 30 years expertise in Telecommunications, Information Technology and Cybersecurity serving a wide range of clients in multiple continents, industries, and verticals.

He has leveraged his management experience, his master’s in business administration (MBA) and multiple certifications including Certified E-Council Instructor (CE|I), Certified Ethical Hacker (CE|H) and SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP) to support his diverse career.

Hernan completed his Cybersecurity certificate at HarvardX University and is an approved Canada Digital Adoption Plan (CDAP) advisor, partnering with the leading firms globally to help their clients be secure.

Prior to launching his own cybersecurity practice, he was the franchise owner of Schooley Mitchell of Winnipeg, Director of Innovation at Western Canada Lottery Corporation, Portfolio Manager/Senior Service Planner at MTS Allstream, Business Development Manager at Comsat Argentina (Lockheed Martin Global Telecom), and Founder and managing partner at Keycom SA Telematica.

Hernan volunteers in many capacities including serving as a Mentor for Futurpreneur Canada, North Forge Technology Exchange, and Sprint to Innovate at Red River College Polytechnic. He also serves as a Judge at the Canadian Cyber Defence Challenge and is a Director of the Argentinean Manitoba Association.
