Catalina Lara is a Social Communicator and former journalist, specialized in Communications and Public Relations. She has 10+ years strategic communications, public relations, and media working with clients in the consumer goods, branding, and automative sectors. Some of the most notable including Unilever, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Suzuki, and General Motors in Colombia. Catalina has also delivered training workshops to spokespeople, preparing them to handle interviews and public engagements effectively. 

In addition to her Communications & Business Development role at Solv Communications, she volunteers as a Public Relations Officer for Women Congress MB and Canada Habla Espanol, leading visibility strategy and strengthening connections with the media. Catalina also volunteers with the Winnipeg Humane Society and Fort Whyte Alive, where she supports the coordination and promotion of community and environmental events.
